It was my very first time ever getting lash extensions from anyone and at first, I didnt think anything of it when the lash tech told me, quote "Keep my eyes open while she puts on every individual lash" so I did. I had no clue that the glue they used for the lash extensions would burn so much and i mentioned it to her and she told me that I was supposed to keep my eyes open and handed me a fan to quote "cool it off" to stop the constant burning, so I went ahead and did so , eyes open and everything, not knowing that the proper way you are supposed to do eyelashes are WITH EYES CLOSED with tape to lay down your bottom lashes and for them to not clump or have the glue stick to your eyelids when finished but that all happend to me with this experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND you to EVER get lashes from this company because they DO NOT have properly trained people doing your lashes. Without having a proper tech doing your lashes you can potentially loose your OWN LASHES, ruin your eye or GO BLIND !!!!!! I've been having real bad itching and irritation on my eyes for days now!!!! Please do not put yourself through the hassle like I did, it is not worth you loosing your sight over this AT ALL!
